We are looking for an Account Manager who will be accountable for our internal sales process. Specifically, will ensure that customers attracted by our sales and marketing team have the best service and quality of service, being the mediator between the candidates and the client. This will require you to familiarize yourself with the client, the way they work, their culture and whatever is necessary to help our recruiters find the right candidates for the client. Finally, you will orient the candidates through the client's process, following up / pushing until the recruitment process is done, and then review the performance of the hired professional and getting feedback.
The goal of this position is to become a strategic ally of our clients in order to fully understand their universe and channel the right candidates. For this it's necessary that you meet the following requirements:
Academic experience (culminated or not) in technology or similar careers. If not, at least technical (software) experience.
Work experience as an account manager/executive.
Understanding of end to end recruitment processes.
Effective and constant communication with C-level executives, in addition to strong social skills.
A true passion for finding solutions to problems and diplomacy.
Ability to learn quickly and being goal-oriented, reporting results constantly.
Understand and enjoy American culture.
General culture and empathy to spare, to talk with anyone about many topics.
Stay updated with the technological culture and advances in the industry.
