BNamericas is continuously looking for young talent interested in developing a career in Customer Success.

The Customer Success team works closely with customers all around the world from diverse industries like Infrastructure, Mining, Electric Power and Oil & Gas, to understand their business objectives and coordinate with internal departments (Product, Marketing, Finance, and Development) to ensure that we are providing a great customer journey. As a Customer Success Representative, you will report to the Customer Success Manager and will support the adoption, retention, and growth of our client portfolio.

Main Responsibilities

    • Along with the Customer Success Manager, you will implement best practices and procedures that will help us provide the ultimate customer experience.

 

    • Manage Customer Success Activities like Training, Onboarding, Customer Support, and Renewals.

 

    • Drive customer success through increasing product adoption, customer satisfaction and monitoring overall customer-health scores.
    • Identify and communicate potential risks that would threaten renewals and proactively drive action throughout the customer lifecycle to reduce churn.
    • Nurture the assigned portfolio of accounts, through tech supported communications, direct phone calls and potentially meetings.
    • Growth the assigned client portfolio by identifying Opportunities for Up-Sells and Cross-Sells and manage the related activities.
    • Continuously expand your knowledge about our business, team, business intelligence platform and internal systems (e.g. Salesforce, Intercom) to enable success in your role.


Requisitos:

To be successful in this position, you must have excellent communication skills, a problem-solving attitude, the ability to educate/train users on new products or features and be highly organized with attention to detail.

Requirements

    • University Degree in Business Administration or related field
    • Some experience in sales and/or post-sales.
    • Experience in achieving measurable B2B sales is an advantage
    • Proficient with standard corporate software tools (Email, Excel, Powerpoint, CRM, Online Platforms)
    • Outstanding written and oral communication skills in both English and Spanish
