Responsibilities/Accountabilities of the role to be hired:
1. Welcomes visitors, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
2. Directs visitors and employees.
3. Maintains office security by following procedures; monitoring logbook; issuing visitor badges.
4. Use console operating system (Lync).
5. Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
6. Manage the parking space for visitors.
7. Administrate some office supplies that requires WBS for allocating costs.
8. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Secretary / Assistant degree.
• Strong customer service skills
• Handles Pressure
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Good organizational skills with attention to detail
• Previous experience using a computer, knowledge of Word and Excel applications
